Jump 5: $30 (available to those who have purchased a First 12 punch or two 5 punch passes. Available to exceptional* parents)

First 5 Family Pass: $68 (includes casual insurance).  Add a third child# for $15. $10 discount off this rate if you have had a child in a class this season.

Second 5 Family Pass: $68 (upgraded to annual insurance). $12 discount off this rate if you have had a child in a class this season.

Jump 5 Family Pass: $45 (available to those who have purchased two 5 visit passes. Available to exceptional* parents). Add a third child# for $10

(*Exceptional: parents with a child that has done a class this season can purchase this pass)

(#Children must be immediate family members)

Punches not used by August 31 2010 will NOT expire, however, you will need to update your insurance.

10% Discount for each additional family member (equal or lesser value)

Each member must complete the annual Gymnastics BC Membership form including child’s medical number and signature of a parent or guardian.
Payment can be made in full or by a 3-month payment plan. Cheques are payable to North Peace Gymnastics Association. We also accept Debit, MasterCard and Visa.
A $25.00 fee will be charged for NSF cheques.
Once a member has registered a $25.00 administration fee is non-refundable. No refunds are available after the 3rd class unless a doctor’s note is provided.
Children who are not registered in the program are not to be on the gym floor at any time.
Make up classes are only given if NPGA cancels the class

North Peace Gymnastics Association accepts cash, cheque, Visa, MasterCard or Debit payment

Insurance

Yearly insurance is required for every member. This $22 fee is charged to new members upon registration. The insurance expires for all members August 31 2010 at which time renewal is required.

Volunteer Time

If any recreational parent volunteers an hour of their time to help clean or do odd jobs around the gym, NPGA will credit you $15 toward your next set of lessons. You must report this to the office to receive your credit. If you have any questions or concerns please contact the office for more information
